Hey, should I worry about my diff fluid? I've been in maybe 2 to 3' of water the odd time. Also Tranny fluid too, should it be changed more often or will it generally not be contaminated. this is for a 97 TJ. |

Check your Diffs as often as you can, the tranny you should keep an eye on, but it is unlikely you will have many issues. Most people think that the water they are in is deeper then it really is, but if you do get into some of the trails around here, there are holes that make my 38's diappear under water, so just be cautious! BTW I would be more worried about your intake then the transmission! |

yeah do jeeps have breathers i know on toyotas you can extend them up nto the ga filler door rear and into the engine compartment using a nissian part and some flex hose. |
