Poor AttendanceThe attendance at the meets i piss poor at best. on average there 3-5 people at the meets even the Moss meets are poor. We say we need sponsors for the club but how could we in all honesty approach anyone about a sponsorship when our members don't show up to meets. I understand that shit happens and people can't make it to meets but how can we gain any headway when nobody cares except a handful of us. Please feel free to reply about the matter . I would love to hear your bullshit excuses i mean what you have to say. As for the members in hamilton you guys have a better attendance when we come up there than our area and we will see you guys soon.

rightyour correct. Right after the charity run the attendance was great, then slowly it went to shit again. Where is everone?

who knows, im hoping its the shity weather, i try to make as many as i can but cant make everyone and like with me not everyone is expected to make every meet. but from time to time pop in. i dunno, maybe were complaining too much?

I agree that we have to get attendance up, but this has been like this for years through every group I have been in. I do not know if it is the I am not into wheeling at the moment thing or people just have better things to do in the winter but hey. I think if it comes down to it we do what we talked about before and that is make a Moss once a month and get everyone like the small group of us that do meet to just get together. If others want to attend then they can ask about it and show up.

Allan, Just a little perspective here: Heepkings who have 4880 members got 6 rigs to a week day meet and greet for coffee in Burlington about two weeks ago....and most were there to check out the titan winches and compressors Duncan was selling.
1. It's winter time, time to hibernate.
2. Not everybody has the time nor cash for gas/coffee to drag their butt out every single week.
3. Its supposed to be FUN! Having everybody "called out" for not showing up on mondays is NOT FUN.
4.Mondays obviously suck as a meet day, change it up a bit already!
and thats my 2% of a dollar.

I agree that it would be nice to see some of the new faces out to the meetings and I do not think we have ever expected everyone at every meeting, but what is the point of them if no one is there?

My excuse is it sucks to get back into my country nowadays :-p
Mud Nuts has about 40 paying members, we get usually around 15 (including the board) to our monthly meetings in the winter. If you get 5-6 every week I'd say you're doing well.
