Need some ideas for mounting new seatsI need to know if anyone here, or anyone knows someone to make some new seat mounts for my YJ
I bought 2 used "racing" style seats for my Jeep, and they bolt to the existing mounts, but the mounts make the seats sit too high for me because the seats are thicker. (they are not a matching pair, but are similar)
Sitting in the drivers seat, its hard to get in and out with the wheel all the way tilted back, and the passenger seat sits too high (my brothers head almost sticks up above the windshield.
The problem is, I would like something that still allows the seat (atleast one) to move forward like the stock mounts so someone an access the back seat.
