So are you all going to set up a meeting night some where or is this just a computer thing ?????

Uchi was talking about rotating them based on our membership. I am sure we will get a night to do them and go from there! The first few will likely be local as most of the members will be local.

yup robs right. what we'd like to do is alternate locations based on member location. its unfair to stick to welland but at the same time tim hortons gets boring fairly quickly. so what we'd like to start doing is having dinner meets. maybe once or twice a month meet at moss or another decently priced place and have dinner and carry on from there. tim hortons meets will still go on but we'd like to alternate locations or atleast try and pick something central to everyone. we fully expect to start having members from all over the southern ontario area and we'd like to accomodate for them aswell, meaning holding some meetings up near them, packing mikes van and my truck full of people and making a trip out that way if thats what it takes.

meeting nites are not set in stone. some people cant make it on certain nites so imthinking once we get everything settled in we should start a post about what nite is good for everyone throughout the week to meet at and what place. mind you it would need to be planned a few days ahead of time so that people can actually find out about it and make it.

anywyas im babbling, youguys let me know what works for you and we'll go from there.

yeah cards are something we were waiting to order. we wanted to see how much interest this club would generate before spending money on cards but as it seems this place has taken off pretty hard so cards will be made up. if you guys wnt to donate that woul dbe great. also right now ive got a friend working on a home page for us, a ton of storage for all of our pictures and videos so thatll be done soon.

if you guys wanna smack talk i can open up a section jut for smack talk and we can keep it private so that anyone who comes in here that isnt a signed member has to see the stuff thats said, actually im gonna go ahead and do that and to my admin friends, any posts that end u pthis way if you can move them into the smack talk section that would be great. ill leave this one open for you guys to see whats going on but i think i speak for evryone that we wanna keep this board clean of too much drama, looks bad for potential mambers.
