Looks like I might be out of town for this one, can we get an idea of who is going to be there as the turn out has been SHIAT! as of late. If the Day is bad or if it is just too often for people, lets make some changes and get it so we can have more people show up. Maybe do two a month or whatever works.

i agree, 122 members and there were 4 2 meets ago ad the last when i left had 6, if the meets are an inconvinience for people jus tlet us know and we can work arond your schedule. i had posted this months ago asking when people wanted the meets and only 2 or 3 people piped up

james is on nights right now so we havent been able to make the meets. Hopefully he'll be back on days in the next 2 weeks and we'll be out to the meets.

If the stickers come in, i'll be at the next one as I need collect the money for them.

Every week is a lot. I see some other clubs doing one big monthly thing and getting 25+ rigs with one coffee shop meet a month in between.

I would like to see one big meeting per month with one coffee shop meet in between. At least at the "important" meeting we could discuss things like the web page, sponsorships, and scheduling some runs.

I agree with Scotty...Its too far for me to drive every week and then to hear there was just 4-8 people there its not worth my time....it a 45 min drive for me and some others this way that would tag along.

let me know where and when you wann have them, we're gonna keep our moss meet as we get a big turnout for those, so hows a moss meet and then a timmies meet and that can be our monthly schedule. so now which timmies are we using? do we stick to one or do we alternate them like we are right now?

Alternating them is part of the problem, I get calls all the time, were is it this week. Lets pick a spot and make it Moss then that spot two weeks later.

well if people would just look on the goddamned board it tell them where it is every week! its really not rocket science!

if the timmies is not alternating then i assure you tab and i will only be to the moss meets! cadence is on a schedual now and we just really dont wanna mess it up lol

its true, the home page and every section in here has a global announcenment that i made telling the meet schedule, i even went as far as putting the day of th emonth beside where the meet is. lol. btw mandarin meet coming up, gonna make a post about it
