i seen u guys out there on sunday....i went over to the misquito trail....what a mess over there!!
I lost the battle with the misquito trail....a tree took out my rear quarter window. I slid backwards in one spot....right into a tree! I blew the glass out and wrinkled the rear pillar by the door hingles.....I will post pics tonight. I am replacing the glass with lexan this week...if it hapens again the lexan won't smash like glass! |

besides the crazy deep water i think my stock yota could do fine there at gm ....ill wait tilll it gets a little dryer back there until i get some mud tires iinstead off the all terrains though.... | ||||||

Big T stay ouy of the trails at gm untill you lock your diff or at least get some real tires  If you take her in as is we will be using the chain to tug you out.....LOL........crunch!

Ya i wish i would have then i could have taken video of that trail, Glad i never ventured in after i seen that first hole i figured i wouldn't make it through. Soon as i get axle upgrade and winch i'll take it on. Dash Cam is cool it gets everything. Some of the water holes looked cool like i just was walking on the water. |

Tires will get you through more in normal driving were a locker is not as important but as Cameron mentioned Mike has a contact that will weld up your third if you take it out or if you have a spare for $50 so it is worth it for sure. Badger you did not have to do that hole I would have got you in there no problem, if you ever want to try that trail I promise you that I would get you through without worry of damage, I like that truck with the V8 it sounds great. If you got into a bad spot in there, I would just winch you out or come back for you so you did not have to play against the trees LOL! | ||||||

Zuk trail is tight, Mosquito is more open. There are perils in both, we did the easy portion of Mosquito as I did not feel like killing any motors LOL! There are some holes in there that will give any of us a hard time. Pete and I opened a couple of the old holes from a few years ago again this year and the holes were stopping both of our trucks so it can be done. | ||||||

I loved my Safari Snorkle on the XJ I had, but I cannot justify the cost for the Zuk as it spends way too much time on its side and that would suck. Atleast with a PVC unit when it goes I can drop another on for a few bucks, Hell I could even keep a spare in the truck for just such a flop. | ||||||
