it usually is what its encoded at billy goat... to make it only 13 megs each part it has to be smaller you can try right clicking and saving it then you could adjust the quicktime window...

BTW Paul, if you are having issue with seeing them in the current format, all you have to do is Download them and play them through Windows media player and Full screen them. I have both on my computer now and although it makes them more grainy, it is better on Full screen.
