This is what happened when Woody pulled into one of the washouts, I heard a pop and then noticed the one shackle was out of place. The rear portion of the upper spring broke.

too bad we lost so many when we where just getting to the good stuff. Maybe one time we should just go straight for the challenging stuff and then piss around after.

I just limped it out nice and easy, and took the first exit down to the gravel road .Kacker took a beating...minus one snorkel,minus one front fender, minus one right front main leaf, and my door is bashed in 5 inches. LMFAO...had fun though !!!

Yes the Zuk makes a destinct noise. I have thought about running the snorkle back outside, but then I risk doing what Mike did to his.

One thing I think we should do is get in there to that one huge washout with some shovels and open up the exit again, so that it is passable. I was sad to see it look like that and I do not want to wait until next year so that mother nature can open her up so we can use it again.

with the amount of rain we had this year that thing should have fixed it self, instead it got worse. Mike at the top there is a huge pit shaped into a bowl at the bottom. Probably mother natures way of saying " I'll show that yoda!".

As pointed out to me, the thing is now impossible to get out of, so we thought that opening it up enough to make it only slightly impossible would be an option.

I prefer stupid and damn near impossible to just plain slightly impossible, but right now its no frign way in hell impossible, so I agree that a minimal paving operation may be necessary.(even though I am dead set against paving 99.9% of the time)
