Dre and I did some fabricating today. I had a small dent on the rear corner, I wasn't going to fix it    so cover it up! I bent up some 3/16 mild steel a work, then finished it of at Dre's shop. I still need to paint or powder coat.  I then started on my rocker rails. They are 1 1/2 dia, 1/8 wall DOM tubing.  I only tacked them for now,  I have to take them off to finish welding them.

Dre changed a u-joint for a friend in bobcaygeon with the use of a rock. He hated doing it like that and wished he had a vise. Dre made up this vise/bracket to go into any reciever hitch for doing trail fixes. This bracket comes with a mount for inside Moms Jeep so we'll always have it. I think its a great Idea.

I also got a really good trail kiss while climbing Greens Mountain.  There is not much I can do to fix it. "So if ya can't fix it join it"!

That vise mount is a great idea, I have a vise siting at home that is not mounted, I might have to do the same thing! I Love the work you are doing to the Jeep, if I had the corner wraps, I might still have corners HAHAHAHA!

well I have learned that most Jeeps that have corner gaurds, have them to cover a dent not to protect them from getting one.

those rockers are sweet.  I would peel the power fist label off the vise though....lol
What does a sheet metal guy need a vise on the bumper for?

You could just put a sticker on it.  I have heard that stickers add horse power!!

A dirty Jeep, Is a happy Jeep.  I can't wait to slide the rocker rails on some rocks.
